Ingredients
Nyama yemombe ine Broccoli:
- 220 g Steak hudyu
- 1 Kuvhara garlic
- 1 ukuru hwehudyu Kuvhara garlic
- 1 Red chilli pepper
- 1 tsp Chili mafuta
- 1 tbsp Rima soy muto
- 1 tsp 5 spice powder
- 2 tbsp Oiri yezuva
- 150 g Broccoli maruva
- 1 tbsp Chiedza soy muto
- 100 ml Muto wemombe (½ teaspoon muto uripo)
- 20 g Snack karoti
- 1 tsp Tapioca ane nyeredzi
Basmati mupunga:
- 75 g Basmati mupunga
- 275 ml Mvura
- 0,25 tsp munyu
Shumira:
- 2 * ½ madomasi emuzambiringa ekushongedza
Instructions
Nyama yemombe ine Broccoli:
- Geza mahudyu, woomesa nebepa rekicheni, tanga wacheka kuita zvimedu uye wozoita mitsetse (inoshanda zvakanyanya kana nyama iri chando!). Peel uye dice garlic clove uye ginger. Chenesa / chekerera mhiripiri, geza uye ucheke kuita ma cubes. Iyo steak hudyu inobvisa nechiri mafuta (1 teaspoon), yakasviba soy muto (1 tsp), 5-spice poda (1 teaspoon), garlic clove cubes.
