Karoti uye mbatatisi mash:
- 700 g Karoti
- 700 g matapiri
- 1 Onion approx. 150 g
- 1 Piece Ginger approx. 20 g
- 1 chubhu Garlic
- 2 tsp munyu
- 2 dhaiza Muriwo muto
- 50 ml mukaka
- 50 ml Kirimu ruviri
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 mapini makuru emunyu
- 2 mapini makuru emhiripiri
Yakasanganiswa saladi:
- 250 g Chinese cabbage (isina chikamu chakasimba / stalk)
- 3 Pepper
- 1 Pepuru yero
- 200 g Howa duku
- 1 Nyoka gaka
- 1 Bunch of spring hanyanisi
Zvipfeko zve saladi:
- 10 tbsp Olive mafuta
- 5 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp shuga
- 2 tbsp Chiedza mupunga vhiniga
- 2 tsp Mustard
Instructions
Zvidya zvehuku:
- Geza zvidya zvehuku zvakakwana, omesa / geza nebepa rekubikira, mwaka / kukwiza mativi ese nemunyu wakawanda, mhiripiri uye nyoro curry poda, chingwa muzai rakatswiwa uye zvimedu zvechingwa uye mupani ine mafuta akawanda (1 - 2 makapu) kumativi ose kusvikira ndarama - fry kusvikira tsvuku.
