Ingredients
Buckwheat pancakes:
- 300 g lettuce yeGwayana
- 200 g Upfu hweBuckwheat
- 400 ml mukaka
- 2 PC. Eggs
- 1 Cup Kofi inotonhora
- 1 pinch munyu
- 4 disc Fatty bacon
Zvipfeko zve saladi:
- 250 ml ruomba
- 7 tbsp Waini chena vhiniga
- 1 bara Lemon juice
- 8 tbsp shuga
- 1 pinch mhiripiri
- 1 kg matapiri
- 150 g Breadcrumbs
- 150 g Kukura
- 4 PC. Eggs
- 1 pinch Munyu uye pepper
- 3 PC. Anyanisi
- 1 bara vhiniga
Dill topping:
- 150 ml ruomba
- 2 tbsp Cream ye horseradish
- 1 pinch Munyu uye pepper
- 1 bara Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Creme fraiche cheese
- 1 tbsp Kaviri cream cheese
- 1 bunch Dhiri nyowani
Instructions
Buckwheat pancakes:
- Sakanidza hupfu nemukaka. Wedzera kofi inotonhora, munyu uye mazai. Rega zvinhu zvose zvizorore kwemaawa anenge 2-3. Zvichakadaro isa kusvuta mafuta bhekoni mupani (bhekoni hwindo), anenge 2-3 zvidimbu. Sunungura bhakoni zvishoma uye wobva wakurumidza kudira batter mupani inopisa. Fry kusvika crispy.
Zvipfeko zve saladi:
