- 200 g Asparagus, girini, itsva
- Mvura
- 1 tsp Huku muto, Kraft bouillon
- 4 diki Howa, hutsva
- 1 mudiki Broccoli, itsva
- 2 tsp Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale
- 2 tbsp Mafuta omuorivhi, anotonhora akamanikidzwa
- 2 Zvipinha Dill mashizha, akazara, matsva
- 20 g Pecorino, yakagadzirwa zvakanaka
- Mhiripiri inopisa, tsvuku, mushinda
Instructions
- Nyatsoomesa firiji yemombe mufiriji wocheka kuita zvidimbu zvakakora zve 5mm nechingwa nesoseji slicer (kana kuti icheke pabhucha).
- Ivhara kumucheto kwendiro huru nayo. Geza zvimedu zvitete zvefillet nevhiniga yebharisamu uchishandisa bhurasho diki.
- Bika asparagus yakasvetwa mumvura shoma sezvinobvira (zvichida mune pani yakakodzera) uye bouillon kwemaminitsi matatu kusvikira al dente. Shambai broccoli uye muparadzanise mapfupi-stemmed florets. Bika mumvura yeasparagus kwemaminitsi matatu. Rongedza asparagus uye broccoli pane ndiro yekushumira. Kanda 3 tablespoons yemvura yekubika pamusoro peasparagus.
- Chenesa howa uye ucheke kureba kuita zvidimbu zvitete. Isa pane asparagus uye fillet zvimedu. Gadzirisa usati washumira, nyura nemafuta emuorivhi uye ushumire nechingwa chena chakakangwa.
