Chicken Skewer paRadi-rocket Tartare
Iyo yakakwana huku skewer pane radi-rocket tartare recipe ine mufananidzo uye nyore-nhanho-nhanho mirairo.
- 2 bunch radish
- 70 gr Ruccola
- 1 tsp uchi
- munyu
- mhiripiri
- Vhiniga kuravira
- Zvichida mishonga mitsva
- 6 tbsp mafuta omuorivhi
- 6 tbsp Ichangobva kusvinwa muto weremoni
- 8 Seasoned Chicken Skewers
- Wash the radishes and cut them very small ….. for me, my Emil (my Thermomix) grins 🙂 Salt the radi and let it stand.
- Wash arugula, dry (spin) and also cut very finely. I still had spring onions I just added them ….. mhhhh !!
- Mix lemon juice, vinegar, honey, herbs and olive oil with salt and pepper. Squeeze out the radishes a little so that they don’t have too much liquid and mix with the marinade.
- Isa chinhu chose mumhete, kuronga zvakanaka pandiro ine grilled chicken skewer. Ehe, bvisa mhete zvakare, asi iwe unoziva izvozvo 🙂 🙂
