- 1 tbsp Mafuta epepanut
- 1 tbsp Ginger paste
- 2 tbsp Garlic paste
- 1 Diced anyanisi
- 1 tsp Chili upfu
- 1200 g madomasi
- 0,5 mukombe Cashews
- 1 tsp munyu
- 200 g Madomasi akaomeswa
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 2 tsp Cardamom
- 1 pinch shuga
- 100 ml ruomba
- 350 g Indian cream cheese panner
Chicken Tikka
- 1 kg Chicken breast fillet
- 500 g Yogati yakasikwa
- 4 tbsp Tandoori spice
- 2 tsp Chili upfu
- 2 tsp Curry upfu
- 1 tbsp Garlic paste
- 1 pinch munyu
Yakapukutwa mupunga
- 300 g Basmati mupunga
- 2 pinch Saffron upfu
- 2 tbsp Mafuta epepanut
- 100 g Peas
- 2 tsp Curry upfu
- 1 pinch munyu
Mint yoghurt
- 300 g Yogati yakasikwa
- 1 bunch Mint itsva
- 0,5 ndimu
Instructions
Butter Panner Masala
- Sungunusa bhotela nemafuta muhari yakadzika, isina-tsvimbo, gadzira ginger uye garlic paste, pamwe chete nehanyanisi yakagurwa. Wedzera hupfu hwechichi uye matomatisi akachekwa uye macashew nuts akachekwa zvakanaka. Rega zvimbomira kwemaminitsi makumi maviri.
- Sakanidza musanganiswa neruoko blender uye wozoisimbisa kuburikidza nesefa. Wedzera zvinonhuwira uye matomatisi uye rega zvikwire kwemamwe maminitsi makumi matatu pane tembiricha yepakati nevhavha yakavharwa. Wedzera cream. Dice Panneer, wedzera uye simmer kweinenge mamwe maminetsi makumi maviri.
Chicken Tikka
- Sakanidza yogurt nezvinonhuwira mundiro.
- Cheka chicken breast fillet muzvidimbu zvakakura, sanganisa neyoghurt musanganiswa mundiro uye usiye kuti uende mufiriji kwemaawa masere.
