Ingredients
Creamy boletus soup:
- 350 g Fresh porcini howa (pano: wakazviunganidza!)
- 100 g 1 Onion
- 2 Piece Garlic mavhavha
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 f liter Huku muto (4 mashupuni pakarepo muto)
- 1 makapu Kubika kirimu 200 ml
- 2 tbsp Crème fraîche nemishonga yemugadheni
- 1 tsp Yakaraswa thyme
- 4 mapinishi makuru Munyu wegungwa wakakora kubva pachigayo
- 4 mapinishi makuru Mhiripiri ine mavara kubva paguyo
- 0,5 Cup Yakachekwa parsley
Spicy filler:
- 75 g Ham cubes
- 200 g boletus
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Oiri yezuva
Shumira:
- Parsley yekushongedza
Instructions
Creamy boletus soup:
- Chenesa / geza howa hwebwe uye ucheke kuita zvidimbu zvidiki. Pee uye dice onion. Peel uye dice garlic cloves. Pisa bhotela (2 tbsp) mupoto, fry the onion cubes negariki clove cubes mukati mawo, wedzera porcini howa uye fry iwo muchidimbu zvakare. Deglaze / dururira pamuto wehuku (1 litre / 4 mashupuni ekukurumidza muto). Rega zvese zviputike / zvibike pane yakaderera tembiricha ye approx. 10 - 12 maminitsi uye nokungwarira puree neruoko blender. Wedzera / peta mukirimu yekubikira (1 kapu / 200 g) uye crème fraîche nemakwenzi emubindu (2 maspuni). Ika neyakakwizwa thyme (1 teaspoon), goarse sea salt kubva paguyo (4 big pinch) and colored pepper kubva paguyo (4 big pinch). Pakupedzisira peta parsley yakagurwa (½ mukombe).
Spicy filler:
- Chenesa uye dice porcini howa. Pisa ruomba (1 tsp) uye sunflower mafuta (1 tsp) mupani, wobva wawedzera diced ham uye ipapo cep howa cubes, fry zvese zvine simba / kumutsa-fry uye simbisa muto muto.
