Ingredients
Yakakangwa tofu cubes nemhodzi dzeSesame:
- 200 g Natural tofu
- 2 tbsp Sesame
- 1 tbsp Inotapira soy muto
- 1 tbsp Chiedza soy muto
- 4 tbsp mafuta
Tagliatelle ne basil:
- 250 g Tagliatelle ne basil
- 1 tsp munyu
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 mapinishi makuru Munyu wegungwa wakakora kubva pachigayo
Kuti ushumire:
- 2 Madiki madomasi halves

Yakakangwa tofu cubes nemhodzi dzeSesame:
- Ika sesame mupani pasina mafuta (chenjedzo: usavarega vachipisa!) Uye vabvise. Cheka tofu kuita cubes. (Pano: 24 zvidimbu!) Uye fry mupani nemafuta (4 tbsp) kumativi ose. Deglaze ne sweet soy muto (1 tsp) uye light soy muto (1 tbsp) uye ramba uchibika kusvikira mvura iri mupani yaderera. Pakupedzisira wedzera / peta mumhodzi yesame yakakangwa uye bvisa tofu cubes kubva pani.
Tagliatelle ne basil:
- Bika tagliatelle nebasil mumvura ine munyu (1 teaspoon munyu) maererano nemirayiridzo iri pasuru, dhonza nemusefa wekicheni, dhonza zvakanaka uye ukanda mutofub pani nemhodzi yesame yakasara uye bhotela (1 teaspoon). Pakupedzisira, mwaka negungwa remunyu kubva paguyo (2 mapini makuru).
