Ingredients
 

Chikafu chemuriwo:

  • 1 Kg Mbatata (matatu)
  • 2 tsp munyu
  • 2 tsp Ground turmeric
  • 800 g Karoti
  • 400 g Celery / yakachekwa 310 g
  • 300 g Leek
  • 100 g 1 parsnip
  • 200 g 3 hanyanisi
  • 4 Piece Garlic mavhavha
  • 1 Piece Ginger approx. 20 g
  • 1 tsvuku tsvuku mhiripiri
  • 2 tbsp Oiri yezuva
  • 2,5 f liter Vegetable stock (3 pakarepo stock cubes, 10 g imwe neimwe)
  • 3 tbsp Maggi wort
  • 1 tbsp munyu
  • 1 tbsp Rima soy muto
  • 2 tsp Mild curry powder
  • 1 tsp Mhiripiri ine ruvara rwepasi

Mettballs: (44 zvidimbu!)

  • 500 g Nyama yemombe
  • 1 bun kubva nezuro
  • 100 g 1 Onion
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tsp munyu
  • 1 tsp Sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp Mild curry powder

Chikafu chemuriwo:
