- 600 g Hokkaido nhanga
- 1 PC. Onion
- 1 PC. Kuvhara garlic
- 2 cm Ginger
- 2 tbsp Ghee kana kokonati mafuta
- 3 tsp Indian curry paste
- 400 ml Kokonati mukaka
- 500 ml Muriwo muto
- Munyu pepper
- 2 tbsp Brown yemasitadhi mbeu
Instructions
- Nyora nhanga woichekerera zvishoma. Peel uye cheka ginger, hanyanisi uye garlic. Pisa ghee mupoto hombe woisa hanyanisi negariki mairi. Wedzera nhanga, ginger uye curry paste uye fry muchidimbu.
- Deglaze nemukaka nemukokonati uye simmer yakavharwa kwemaminitsi gumi nemashanu kusvika nhanga yapfava. Puree soup neruoko blender kune inodiwa kuenderana uye kurunga nemunyu uye mhiripiri.
