Ingredients
 

  • 600 g Hokkaido nhanga
  • 1 PC. Onion
  • 1 PC. Kuvhara garlic
  • 2 cm Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Ghee kana kokonati mafuta
  • 3 tsp Indian curry paste
  • 400 ml Kokonati mukaka
  • 500 ml Muriwo muto
  • Munyu pepper
  • 2 tbsp Brown yemasitadhi mbeu

Instructions
 

  • Nyora nhanga woichekerera zvishoma. Peel uye cheka ginger, hanyanisi uye garlic. Pisa ghee mupoto hombe woisa hanyanisi negariki mairi. Wedzera nhanga, ginger uye curry paste uye fry muchidimbu.
