Ingredients
- 600 g Koliflower itsva
- 50 g Chizi yegomo1
- 150 g Low mafuta quark
- 100 ml mukaka wakaderera wemafuta
- 2 tsp Mustard
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 Kavha garlic yakagurwa
- 1 pinch Munyu wegungwa
- 1 pinch Tellicherry pepper
- 1 pinch Ichangobva grated nutmeg
- 1 pinch Munyu wakarungwa
- 300 g Salmon fillet
- 1 tsp mafuta
Instructions
- Cheka koliflower kuita florets wogeza. Bika mumvura ine munyu kwemaminitsi mashanu uye sukurudza mumvura inotonhora.
Preheat oven kusvika 200 degrees!
- Isa koliflower mundiro ine mafuta zvishoma! Dicei salmon uye marinate ne 1 tablespoon yemuto weremoni. Paridza pane cauliflower.
- Sanganisa quark, mukaka, mustard, 1 tbsp muto weremoni, gariki, munyu, mhiripiri, munyu wakarungwa, garip mhiripiri uye nutmeg uye kuparadzira pamusoro pehoriflower salmon. Pakupedzisira, dururira gomo chizi pamusoro payo.
