Matjes Fillet ine Mbatata Yakakangwa uye Beetroot Salad
Iyo yakakwana matjes fillet ine mbatatisi yakakangwa uye beetroot saladi resipi ine mufananidzo uye yakapusa-nhanho-nhanho mirairo.

- 250 g Matjes fillet:
- 50 g 1 kleine Zwiebel
Mbatatisi dzakakangwa:
- 400 g Matatu / jekete mbatatisi / akasvuura
- 1 tsp Munyu
- 1 tsp Ground turmeric
- 1 tsp Mbeu yose ye caraway
- 75 g 1 rote Zwiebel
- 3 tbsp mafuta e-sunflower
- 3 mapini mahombe Coarse sea salt kubva pachigayo
- 3 mapini mahombe Mhiripiri ineruvara kubva pachigayo
- 1 tsp Mbeu yose ye caraway
Beetroot saladi:
- 200 g yakabikwa beetroot
- 2 mapini mahombe Coarse sea salt kubva pachigayo
- 2 mapini mahombe Mhiripiri ineruvara kubva pachigayo
- 1 tbsp Solid sour cream
- 1 hombe pini yeshuga
Shumira:
- 2 Blattstücke vom Chinakohl
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 Blättchen Maggikraut
Matjes fillet:
