Iwo akakwana soups / starter: yakanaka karoti uye beet soup ine trout fillet resipi ine mufananidzo uye yakapusa-nhanho-nhanho mirairo.
Zvinonhuwira:
- 3 pakati Karoti
- 4 Shallots
- 1 yakakura Apple
- 1 tbsp Bhata

- 100 g cream fraiche cheese
- 1 Shot Orange balsamic vhiniga
- 1 tsp Orange peel, organic orenji
