Ingredients
 

Kwemarinade:

  • 50 g Red curry paste, (Asiashop)
  • 200 g Kokonati mvura
  • 4 g Huku muto, Kraft bouillon
  • 200 ml Kokonati mukaka, cream (24% mafuta)
  • 2 tbsp Mudikani, wakajeka
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice, itsva
  • Muto wehove, chiedza
  • Pepper, dema, nyowani kubva paguyo
  • 2 tbsp Oyster muto, (Saus Tiram)
  • 1 tbsp Sambal Bangkok ala Siu

Zvemuriwo:

  • 350 g Mbatatisi inotapira
  • 100 g Carrot
  • 4 Kaffir lime mashizha, matsva kana chando
  • 8 Kailan, nemaruva
  • 150 g Mvura
  • 3 g Huku muto, Kraft bouillon
  • 20 g Butter
  • 1 tbsp Mupunga Waini, (Arak Masak)

Kuchengeta:

  • Pepperoni shinda, tsvuku
  • Zvimedu zvekaroti muchimiro cheruva

Instructions
 

Gadzira huku:

  • Isai zamu rehuku nyoro zvishoma uye regai chikafu chakaoma chando chinyunguduke. Cheka mhiri mafiber kuita approx. 2 masendimita akakora zvimedu uye uzvicheke kuita zvidimbu approx. 2 x 2 cm muhukuru. Sakanidza zvigadzirwa zve marinade uye uzvishandise kufambisa huku kwemaawa maviri pakushambidzika kwekamuri.

Gadzirira miriwo:

  • Geza, svuura uye ucheke mbatatisi uye karoti kuita zvidimbu zvakakura. Geza mashizha emu kaffir lime woashandisa akazara. Geza kailan katsva.
