Waxyaabaha ay ka kooban
Bratwurst:
- 200 g Saameynta 2
- 2 tbsp Saliid gabbaldayaha
Sauerkraut macaan:
- 400 g 1 koob oo sauerkraut ah
- 60 g 1 Basasha
- 60 g ½ tufaax diiray
- 2 tbsp Saliid gabbaldayaha
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 200 ml Beer khafiif ah (halkan Budweiser!)
- 1 tsp Khardal kulul dhexdhexaad ah
- 3 qanjaruufo waaweyn milix badeed aan qallafsanayn oo laga soo bilaabo warshadda
- 3 qanjaruufo waaweyn Basbaaska midabada leh ee ka soo shiidda
- 3 qanjaruufo waaweyn caraway dhulka
- 3 tsp Khalka bariiska fudud
- 3 tbsp maraqa basbaaska macaan
- 3 tbsp Kariim Darwiish
Saddexleyda:
- 350 g Baradhada (saddexleyda) / 14 xabbo
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Turmeric dhulka
- 1 tsp Abuurka caraway oo dhan

- 2 Stalk dhir
- 2 * ½ yaanyo yar yar
- Khardal kulul dhexdhexaad ah
Tilmaamaha
- Duug sausageska, googoo kala badh oo si tartiib ah isku shiil dhammaan dhinacyada digsiga leh saliid gabbaldayaha.
Sauerkraut macaan:
- Peel oo si yaryar u jarjar basasha. Diir oo kala badh tufaaxa, ka saar xudunta iyo laadadka.
