Waxyaabaha ay ka kooban
Asparagus leh maraqa Hollandaise:
- 1 kg dhir cusub
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp subag
- 1 piece Lemon
- 250 ml 1 xirmo maraqa hollandaise
- 1 tbsp subag
Hilibka la kariyey:
- 200 g / 6 xabo Kari ham
Boqoshaada baradhada:
- 6 Qaybaha / diiray oo qaabaysan, qiyaastii. 70 g mid kasta Baradhadu
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Turmeric dhulka
Adeeg:
- 2 tbsp Dhir la jarjaray oo lagu qurxiyo

Asparagus leh maraqa Hollandaise:
- Peel dhirka, ku kari biyo cusbo leh (1 qaado oo milix ah) sonkor (1 qaado shaah), subag (1 qaado shaah) iyo liin (1 xabbo) qiyaas ahaan. 8 - 10 daqiiqo ilaa ay adag tahay in la qaniino oo dibadda u soo bax (tilmaan: tani aad bay u fiican tahay suulasha tolayga alwaax).
