Waxyaabaha ay ka kooban
Maraqa:
- 300 g Biyaha
- 6 g Maraq khudradeed, Kraft bouillon
- 2 g Citric acid, crystalline
- 2 Xabo toon ah, cusub
- 20 g Sanjabiil, cusub ama barafaysan
- 10 g Turmeric, cusub ama barafaysan
- 1 yar yar Chilli, cagaar
- 150 g Biyaha karinta, (fiiri diyaarinta)
- 1 tbsp Madras curry budada
- 3 tbsp Caanaha qumbaha, labeen (24% baruur)
- 2 tbsp Casiirka lime, cusub

Tilmaamaha
- Dhaq oo nadiifi ubaxa-cauliflower oo kala saar ubaxyada iyo jirridda ugu weyn qiyaas ahaan. 2 cm jir ah. Ka jar qiyaastii. 2 cm xagga hoose ee jirridda. Diir hoose ilaa sare oo goo googooyaa qiyaas ahaan. 2 cm dheer. Biyo raaci oo si fiican wax walba uga daadi.
- Kuleyli biyaha, milaan kaydka khudradda iyo citric acid ee ku jira oo daadi gabal-cauliflower gudaha 3 daqiiqo. La soo bax qaaddo godad leh, HA ka baqin oo diyaar u dhig. Diyaarso 150 g oo kaydka ah, inta soo hadhay u isticmaal maraq.
Maraqa:
