Salad Gnocchi:
- 325 g gnocchi

- 50 g Labeen dhanaan 20% dufan
- 2 tbsp Basil la jarjaray
- 1 tbsp Silsilad basbaas
- Basbaas cusub oo dhulka lagu daray

Tilmaamaha
Salad Gnocchi ah
- Ku karkari Gnocchi biyo milix leh sida waafaqsan tilmaamaha xirmada, daadi oo ku raaci biyo qabow. Isku shiil maraqyada zucchini ama xabadaha iyo basbaaska oo la jarjarey basasha si fiican loo jarjaray oo saliid kulul iyo xilli milix iyo basbaas.
- Vinaigrette yaanyo: shiidin toonta, khalka, saliidda, koollada yaanyada iyo kaydka, milix iyo basbaas.
- Isku qas gnocchi, khudaar iyo vinaigrette. Ku qurxin basil.
