Muffins jiiska hilibka:
- 300 g Hilibka rootiga ama rootiga hilibka
- 150 g Jiis la shiiday
- 50 g Basasha shiilan + xoogaa saliid ah digsiga
Baradhada Basbaaska:
- 1 Kg Baradho yaryar, cusub
- 2 tbsp Budada paprika macaan
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Oil
Ajvardipp:
- 300 g Yogurt dufan yar
- 200 g Labeen dhanaan 10% dufan
- 2 tsp Saxarka basbaaska kulul (Ajvar)
- 1 tsp Basbaaska Toonta
- 1 tsp Cusbo cusbo leh
- Digsi muffin
