Tilmaamaha
- Peel oo jarjar basasha. Ku cajiimi hilibka duqadda ah, khardal, rootiga, ukunta, milixda, basbaaska iyo paprika. U qaabee 3 kubbadood oo hilib fidsan.
- Ku shiil saliid kulul ilaa 5 daqiiqo dhinac kasta. Nadiifi oo dhaq caleenta iyo boqoshaada. Iska yaree caleenta siddo, kala badh boqoshaada. Ka soo saar kubbadaha hilibka digsiga oo diiri.
