- 200 g Lentils Pardina waa la qalajiyey iyada oo aan waqti la qooyayn
- 70 g Khudaarta tamaandho
- 2 l Maraq khudaar kulul
- 1 qasac yar diiray oo qiyaas ahaan la jarjaray yaanyada
- 0,5 tsp Harissa dhejis
- 3 tsp Mango chutney khafiif ah
- 1 tsp Khalka balsamic oo leh orange
- 1 tbsp Ajvar khafiif ah
Wixii xawaash ah:
- 1 tbsp Budada curry ee khafiifka ah
- 2 caleemaha
- 1 tsp Sonkorta bunni
- 0,5 tsp Basbaaska Cubeb oo ka soo jeeda shiidka
- Salt
Dhir daaweed:
- 2 tbsp dhir barafaysan
Si loo sifeeyo:
- 6 tsp Cream fraîche leh dhir
Tilmaamaha
- Iska yaree rootiga hilibka iyo hilib doofaarka quraacda oo jarjar xabadaha. Peir basasha, nadiifi caleenta oo si fiican u biyo raaci.
