Tufaax macaan oo kaamil ah, karooto iyo rootiga walnut oo leh sawir iyo tilmaamo tallaabo-tallaabo ah oo fudud.
- 250 g oo bur ah
- 150 g sonkor bunni ah
- 1 tbsp budada dubista
- 1 cusbo cusbo
- 1 tsp qorfe
- 0,5 qaado shaah lowska
- 0,25 tsp Allspice dhulka
- 0,5 qaado oo sinjibiil dhulka ah
- 100 ml oo casiir tufaax ah
- 75 g subagga dhalaalay
- 2 pc. Ukun
- 1 xabbo oo tufaax ah oo tart ah, oo la diiray, diiray oo si fiican u daadi
- 100 g dabacasaha si fiican looga daadi
- 75 g walnuts la jarjaray
- 50 g sabiib
- Isku qas bur, sonkor, milix, qorfe, nutmeg, allspice iyo sinjibiisha baaquli.
- In baaquli kale, isku walaaq ukunta, casiirka tufaaxa iyo subagga. Ku walaaq isku darka burka qaybo. Ku cajii nuts la jarjarey, sabiib, dabacasaha daadi iyo tufaax daadi.
- Fill the dough into a greased and floured loaf pan and bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack at 180 degrees top / bottom heat for about 60 – 75 minutes.
