Soup: Bean Stew

  • 1 Beef leg slice
  • 400 g Beef
  • 400 ml Beef stock
  • 1 bunch Soup vegetables
  • 1 kg Beans green frozen
  • 2 Bay leaf
  • 5 Allspice grains
  • 1 Onion
  • Salt and pepper
  • Summer Savory
  • 2 Waxy potatoes


  • Put the meat in cold water (the meat must be covered), bring to the boil, skim.
  • Add the bay leaves, allspice, savory, salt and pepper and simmer covered.
  • When the meat is almost tender, add the vegetables, the potato cut into cubes, the stock and the onion. Bring to the boil then add the beans. Cook everything until soft.
  • Take out the vegetables and cut them into small pieces, as well as the meat.
