  • 2 piece Fresh leek
  • 5 piece Medium carrot
  • 0,5 piece Fresh celery
  • 1 piece Parsnip fresh
  • 2 piece Parsley root
  • 1 bunch Parsley


  • Clean the vegetables and clean them well. Please do not water after cleaning.
  • Cut the vegetables into coarse pieces and cut them very finely in the chopper.
  • Mix the vegetable mixture well and add plenty of salt. Now mix again properly.
  • Fill the soup seasoning into glasses with screw lids and close tightly. This seasoning mixture can be used and consumed in the refrigerator for up to 6 months.
