Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Pork tenderloin
  • 250 G Raw ham
  • 4 cups Cream
  • 2 cups Sour cream
  • 2 piece Onion
  • 2 piece Salt & pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut the fillet into slices, season with salt and pepper on both sides and fry. Then place on a plate.
  • Cut the ham into 3 x 3 cm squares and separate them from each other and fry the ham in the pan in which the fillets were seared.
  • Cut the onions into half rings and add them to the ham with the pan and fry them.
  • Add the cream and sour cream and simmer for 10 minutes until the cream has thickened a little.
  • Put the fillet back in the saucepan and season with salt & pepper.
  • Serve with potatoes.
