Ingredients
- 500 g Pork tenderloin
- 250 G Raw ham
- 4 cups Cream
- 2 cups Sour cream
- 2 piece Onion
- 2 piece Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Cut the fillet into slices, season with salt and pepper on both sides and fry. Then place on a plate.
- Cut the ham into 3 x 3 cm squares and separate them from each other and fry the ham in the pan in which the fillets were seared.
- Cut the onions into half rings and add them to the ham with the pan and fry them.
- Add the cream and sour cream and simmer for 10 minutes until the cream has thickened a little.
- Put the fillet back in the saucepan and season with salt & pepper.
- Serve with potatoes.
