Ingredients
- 400 g Turkey breast
- 2 piece Onions
- 2 piece Tomatoes
- 2 piece Garlic cloves
- 100 g Baby spinach
- 0,5 handful Parsley leaves
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt and pepper for seasoning
- Some lemon juice
- 1 pack Uncel Ben’s Express Greek Djuvec rice
Instructions
- Cut the meat into large pieces. Peel the onions and cut into wide wedges. Place the onion wedges and the meat alternately on approx. 4 skewers. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems and cut into wedges. Peel and slice the garlic. Wash the spinach and parsley.
- Heat half of the olive oil in a large pan and fry the skewers for about 5 minutes. Turn more often and season with salt and pepper. Then add the tomatoes and parsley and fry for another 3 minutes. Drizzle everything with lemon juice and season again with salt and pepper.
- Heat the remaining olive oil in the pot and fry the garlic in it. Add the spinach and let it collapse for a moment. Now add Uncle Ben’s Express Greek Djuvec rice, mix and heat for approx. 2 minutes.
- Arrange rice, skewers and tomatoes.
- Tip 5: this fits tsatsiki.
