Spaghetti casserole

  • 200 g Spaghetti

Minced meat sauce

  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 1 kl. Can Tomato paste
  • 250 ml Barbeque sauce
  • 1 Glass Dry red wine


  • 1 cups Cream
  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 1 pack Adler (processed cheese)
  • Grated cheese to taste and taste
  • Salt, gourmet pepper to taste


  • Fill a saucepan with lightly salted water and bring to a boil. Then add the spaghetti and cook according to the instructions. Then drain into a sieve and drain.

Minced meat sauce

  • Take a pan and add the ground beef & fry until crumbly without adding any fat. Then stir in tomato paste, sweat and add the barbecue sauce, stir and let cook.
  • Now deglaze everything with red wine & a barbecue sauce, stir and let cook for a moment. Take a large pan and pour the drained spaghetti into it. Add the minced meat sauce on top and mix everything together.


  • Take a bowl and pour the cream into it. Then the * sour cream - made easy and add the processed cheese as well as salt and gourmet pepper to taste. Mix / stir everything together.
  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees top / bottom heat. Add the cream, sour cream and cheese mixture on top of the filled pan. Sprinkle with grated cheese to taste and put the whole thing in the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes. Then remove and serve immediately.
