Spaghetti with Tuna Cream Sauce with Capers

The perfect spaghetti with tuna cream sauce with capers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Dried thyme
  • 250 g Cream
  • 125 ml Instant broth
  • 2 Cans Drained canned tuna
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 tbsp Capers
  • 2 tsp Food starch
  1. Braise the chopped onions in the fat. Sprinkle with thyme
  1. Add the stock and cream and simmer for about 15 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  1. Stir in the torn tuna and simmer for 5 minutes. Thicken the sauce with cornstarch a little (the way you like it)
  1. Stir in the capers. Switch off the stove. Refine with lemon juice to taste.
  1. Spaghetti is served with it
