Spaghetti with Tuna Cream Sauce with Capers
The perfect spaghetti with tuna cream sauce with capers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Chopped onion
- 1 tsp Butter
- 1 tsp Dried thyme
- 250 g Cream
- 125 ml Instant broth
- 2 Cans Drained canned tuna
- Salt and pepper
- 1 Lemon
- 2 tbsp Capers
- 2 tsp Food starch
- Braise the chopped onions in the fat. Sprinkle with thyme
- Add the stock and cream and simmer for about 15 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Stir in the torn tuna and simmer for 5 minutes. Thicken the sauce with cornstarch a little (the way you like it)
- Stir in the capers. Switch off the stove. Refine with lemon juice to taste.
- Spaghetti is served with it
