Spaghetti with Tuna Cream Sauce with Capers

Ingredients
 

  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Dried thyme
  • 250 g Cream
  • 125 ml Instant broth
  • 2 Cans Drained canned tuna
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 tbsp Capers
  • 2 tsp Food starch

Instructions
 

  • Braise the chopped onions in the fat. Sprinkle with thyme
  • Add the stock and cream and simmer for about 15 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Stir in the torn tuna and simmer for 5 minutes. Thicken the sauce with cornstarch a little (the way you like it)
  • Stir in the capers. Switch off the stove. Refine with lemon juice to taste.
  • Spaghetti is served with it
