Ingredients
 

  • 75 g Chocolate TART CREAM, or dark chocolate
  • 300 ml Milk
  • 2 tsp Cornstarch
  • 2 tsp Heaped powdered sugar
  • 50 ml Cold milk in addition

Instructions
 

  • 2 teaspoons of starch are mixed in 50 ml of cold milk. 300 ml of milk are boiled and the above mentioned shocks are stirred in, stirring continuously until everything has melted. It can also be more chocolate. Then stir in the powdered sugar, continue to cook and stir. When the mass foams, pour in the starch solution, continue cooking, continue working with the whisk until the mass sets. Done, when the chocolate cools down, it becomes thick. It can also be perfumed with a dash of whiskey, brandy or rum, it's not a mistake! Oh yes, it tastes even better with a whipped cream top.
