Ingredients
- 450 g Spelt flour type 630
- 400 ml Milk
- 100 ml Sparkling water
- 4 Pc. Eggs (L)
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Sugar
- Rapeseed oil
Instructions
- Put the flour in a bowl and mix well with the milk, mineral water, eggs, salt and sugar and let stand for 10 minutes!
Preheat the oven to 80 degrees!
- Bake the dough one after the other until crispy! Keep the pancakes warm on a plate in the preheated oven! Made 12 pieces!
- There was asparagus and ham ragout 🙂
