Ingredients
 

  • 450 g Spelt flour type 630
  • 400 ml Milk
  • 100 ml Sparkling water
  • 4 Pc. Eggs (L)
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • Rapeseed oil

Instructions
 

  • Put the flour in a bowl and mix well with the milk, mineral water, eggs, salt and sugar and let stand for 10 minutes!

Preheat the oven to 80 degrees!

  • Bake the dough one after the other until crispy! Keep the pancakes warm on a plate in the preheated oven! Made 12 pieces!
  • There was asparagus and ham ragout 🙂
