Ingredients
 

Spelled - sour cream crust

  • 15 g Fresh yeast
  • 250 ml Lukewarm water
  • 1 tsp Raw cane sugar
  • 700 g Spelt flour 630
  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 15 g Salt

Instructions
 

  • Take a mixing bowl / food processor and add the crumbled fresh yeast. Add lukewarm water, stir or leave. Now spelled flour, * sour cream - made easy, add balsamic vinegar and salt. Knead everything together for about 3 minutes or leave.
  • Flour the work surface lightly and place the bread dough on top. Knead again or roughly fold, sand round. Take a bowl and place in it, cover in a warm place and let RISE for about 1 hour. After WALKING, place it on the floured work surface again.
  • Now the bread dough is folded ten times (10) until it gets tension, then grind into an oval shape. Bread baking tin (grease if new) and put in the formed bread dough, cut into it (I forgot it). Put the lid on and place in the cold oven on the lowest rail.
  • Now switch on the oven to 230 degrees top / bottom heat. Now the bread is baked for one (60 minutes) hour. Remove the lid 10 minutes beforehand so that the bread has a nice crust. When the baking is done, take it out and let it cool down on a wire rack.
