Ingredients
 

Spelled spirals with minced cauliflower sauce

  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 2 pole Celery
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 small can Tomato paste
  • Sunflower oil to your taste
  • 400 g Minced meat, mixed
  • Sweet paprika powder to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Gourmet pepper to taste
  • 1 Can Tonates lumpy
  • 2 tsp Vegetable salt made from leftovers
  • 150 ml Water
  • Oregano to taste
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1 Pair Basil leaves (garden)
  • 1 Twigs Spice thyme (garden)
  • 0,5 Cauliflower (small)
  • 200 g Spelled spirals

Instructions
 

  • 1 onion. Peel the clove of garlic and place in a lightning chopper, chop up. Celery, clean carrot, cut into pieces and also chop up in the lightning chopper. Take a pan, heat up sunflower oil, add the chopped up things and sauté.
  • Then stir in the tomato paste and continue to steam. Mixed minced meat, add the many spices, stir and continue to fry. Then deglaze with the water and simmer. Put on two more pots of water.
  • Salt, and when it boils, cook the spelled spirals in it according to the instructions. Add some milk to the second pot, divide the cleaned cauliflower into florets and cook for a few minutes until al dente. Pour / let drip spelled spirals in a sieve.
  • Remove the firm cauliflower florets and add them to the pan with the minced meat sauce. Stir and simmer for a few more minutes. Take the bay leaf out of the pan and serve with the spelled spirals and the minced cauliflower sauce.
