Spicy Chickpea Pancakes

  • 200 g Cooked chickpeas
  • 1 Pc. Egg
  • 1 tsp Vegetable broth powder
  • 0,5 tsp Ground turmeric
  • 30 g Chickpea flour
  • 50 ml Oat milk
  • 1 tbsp Fresh chopped parsley
  • Oil for frying
  1. Puree all the specified ingredients with the hand blender and bake into small pancakes in a non-stick pan in heated oil. To do this, put 1 tablespoon of batter into the pan and bake for 2 minutes over a medium heat, then turn.
