Ingredients
- 600 g Carrots
- 200 g Potatoes
- 100 g Celery
- 100 g Parsnip
- 75 g Onion
- 30 g 1 piece of ginger
- 2 piece Garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 1 tsp Mild curry powder
- 1 liter Vegetable broth (4 teaspoons instant broth)
- 1 orange / juice
- 150 ml Coconut milk
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Glutamate / alternatively 1 teaspoon instant chicken broth
- 1 tbsp Maggi wort
- 1 tbsp Sweet soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Creme fraiche Cheese
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 big pinch Sugar
- 1 powerful splash Lemon juice
- 5 piece Cracow ham
- Pumpkin seed oil
- Creme fraiche Cheese
Instructions
- Peel and dice the vegetables (carrots, potatoes, celery, parsnips and onions). Peel and finely dice the ginger and garlic ten. Heat sunflower oil (2 tablespoons) in a large saucepan, fry the vegetables (garlic clove cubes + ginger cubes and carrot cubes + onion cubes + potato cubes + parsnip cubes) vigorously while stirring several times, dusting with mild curry powder (1 teaspoon) and adding the vegetable stock (1st Liter) extinguish / pour on. Simmer everything with the lid on for 30 minutes. Finely puree with the hand blender, stir in the orange juice and coconut milk (150 ml) and add glutamate (1 teaspoon / alternatively 1 teaspoon instant chicken stock), salt (1 teaspoon), Maggi seasoning (1 tbsp), sweet soy sauce (1 tbsp 9, cream Refine fraîche (2 tbsp), butter (1 tbsp), sugar (1 big pinch) and lemon juice (1 strong splash). Heat the Krakauer ham slowly in hot water / do not let it boil Drizzled with crème fraîche and pumpkin seed oil, serve.
