Spicy Herb Quark with Jacket Potatoes

  • 500 g Low fat quark
  • 6 tablespoon Low fat milk
  • 1 tablespoon Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 1 piece Diced onion
  • 0,5 piece Cucumber
  • 3 piece Garlic cloves pressed
  • 0,5 bunch Chives fresh
  • 0,5 bunch Fresh smooth parsley
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 4 size Jacket potatoes


  • Stir the quark with milk and creme fraiche until creamy. Add all other ingredients with chopped cucumber, chopped parsley and chives cut into rolls. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
  • Drain, steam and peel the jacket potatoes, which have meanwhile been cooked for 30 minutes. Serve with the ouark. Sprinkle everything again with parsley. Good Appetite.
