Ingredients
 

  • 1 kl. Can Chickpeas in their own juice
  • 1 kl. Can Hummus with tahini
  • 5 Toes Garlic - fresh & peeled
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp Paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp Curry
  • 1 tbsp Ground coriander
  • 1 tbsp Cumin
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Rapeseed oil

Instructions
 

  • Thoroughly puree everything except the olive oil with the hand blender. (IMPORTANT! Do not puree the olive oil)
  • Finally stir in olive oil with a whisk. Depending on your taste, you can also chop parsley or fresh coriander and add or garnish with it. Makes just under 800 g of finished hummus.
