Ingredients
- 1 kl. Can Chickpeas in their own juice
- 1 kl. Can Hummus with tahini
- 5 Toes Garlic - fresh & peeled
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp Paprika powder
- 1 tbsp Curry
- 1 tbsp Ground coriander
- 1 tbsp Cumin
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Rapeseed oil
Instructions
- Thoroughly puree everything except the olive oil with the hand blender. (IMPORTANT! Do not puree the olive oil)
- Finally stir in olive oil with a whisk. Depending on your taste, you can also chop parsley or fresh coriander and add or garnish with it. Makes just under 800 g of finished hummus.
