Spicy Korean Cucumber Salad

The perfect spicy korean cucumber salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 teaspoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Gochugaru (Korean chilli flakes)
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Toasted sesame seeds
  • 0,5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0,5 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 Spring onions fresh
  1. Put all ingredients except the cucumber in a bowl and mix together.
  2. Cut the cucumber into slices.
  3. Add the cucumber slices to the dressing in the bowl and mix carefully. Cut the spring onion into fine strips and serve over the salad.
