Spicy Meatballs with Cauliflower-bell Pepper Rice

  • 4 piece Spicy meatballs / see my recipe: *)
  • 250 g Cauliflower
  • 100 g Red pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Mild curry powder
  • 2 piece Radish
  • 2 Stalk Parsley
  • Medium hot mustard


  • Clean, wash and finely dice the red peppers. Clean the cauliflower and grate on a coarse kitchen grater. Bring the grated cauliflower with the paprika cubes in a large pot of salted water (1 teaspoon salt) and mild curry powder (1 teaspoon) to a boil. Boil everything for about 5 minutes and drain through a kitchen sieve. Heat spicy meatballs in the oven or microwave and serve with cauliflower and paprika rice, garnished with a radish and a stick of parsley. Serve with medium-hot mustard.
