Ingredients
- 250 g Mixed minced meat
- 1 piece Chili pepper finely chopped
- 1 piece Chopped onion
- 1 piece Garlic clove chopped
- 1 piece Freshly chopped carrot
- 1,5 liter Bone broth
- 2 tablespoon Sunflower oil
- 1 tablespoon Dried oregano
- 200 g Any noodles
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Sweat the onions, chilli and garlic in the oil.
- Add the crumbled minced meat, sprinkle with a little salt and fry everything through again.
- Pour in the broth, add the carrot and oregano and simmer everything for 20 minutes on the lowest level. Then add salt if necessary.
- Now add the noodles that have now been cooked, sieved and quenched separately. Let everything steep for a short time.
