Spicy Minced Meat Soup with Noodles

The perfect spicy minced meat soup with noodles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Mixed minced meat
  • 1 piece Chili pepper finely chopped
  • 1 piece Chopped onion
  • 1 piece Garlic clove chopped
  • 1 piece Freshly chopped carrot
  • 1,5 liter Bone broth my own from my KB
  • 2 tablespoon Sunflower oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dried oregano
  • 200 g Any noodles
  • Salt to taste
  1. Sweat the onions, chilli and garlic in the oil.
  2. Add the crumbled minced meat, sprinkle with a little salt and fry everything through again.
  3. Pour in the broth, add the carrot and oregano and simmer everything for 20 minutes on the lowest level. Then add salt if necessary.
  4. Now add the noodles that have now been cooked, sieved and quenched separately. Let everything steep for a short time.
  5. Enjoy your meal.
