Spicy Minced Meat Soup with Noodles

  • 250 g Mixed minced meat
  • 1 piece Chili pepper finely chopped
  • 1 piece Chopped onion
  • 1 piece Garlic clove chopped
  • 1 piece Freshly chopped carrot
  • 1,5 liter Bone broth
  • 2 tablespoon Sunflower oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dried oregano
  • 200 g Any noodles
  • Salt to taste


  • Sweat the onions, chilli and garlic in the oil.
  • Add the crumbled minced meat, sprinkle with a little salt and fry everything through again.
  • Pour in the broth, add the carrot and oregano and simmer everything for 20 minutes on the lowest level. Then add salt if necessary.
  • Now add the noodles that have now been cooked, sieved and quenched separately. Let everything steep for a short time.
  • Enjoy your meal.
