Spicy Rice Noodles with Minced Meat from Wok

Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Minced meat
  • 200 g Mung Bean Sprouts
  • 250 g Rice noodles
  • 1 Kohlrabi
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 6 tbsp Soy sauce dark
  • 1 tsp Chili Sauce (Sambal Oelek)
  • 200 ml Beef broth
  • Salt, pepper from the mill
  • Chinese spice
  • Chilli from the mill
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • Cook the rice noodles according to the instructions on the packet.
  • Peel the onion and garlic and cut into small cubes. Peel the carrots and kohlrabi and cut into sticks. Now heat the oil in the wok and sauté the onions and garlic in it. Add the carrots and kohlrabi and cook with them. Now add the mung beans and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Now deglaze the whole thing with the soy sauce and season with the Chinese spice, salt and sambal oelek. Add the minced meat and beef stock and boil down for another 5 minutes over a low heat.
  • Now only serve on a plate. Bon Appetit.
