Ingredients

  • 6 Discs Poultry sausage
  • 1 bunch Chives freshly cut into rolls
  • 4 piece Finely chopped basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Green peppercorns pickled
  • 2 medium sized Pickled gherkins pickled
  • 3 tablespoon Cucumber water
  • 2 teaspoon Mustard medium hot
  • 5 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 Pinches Chilli (cayenne pepper) - own production
  • 2 handful Lamb's lettuce fresh
  • 4 piece Free range eggs
  • 4 piece Salt

Instructions

  • Cut the sausage into strips. Put in a container. In addition, cucumber diced, cucumber water and the herbs. Mix 3 tablespoons of oil, mustard, green pepper and just a little salt in a glass. Pour over the sausage and mix everything together. Let something go.
  • Rinse and spin the lamb's lettuce. I leave the small roots on. They taste a bit nutty. Spread out on 2 plates. Sprinkle with a little salt and cayenne. Dribble over the remaining 2 tablespoons of oil. Pour sausage salad over it.
  • Finally, put the mean-boiled, peeled and halved eggs on top. Put some salt on it.
  • Mix everything at the table. Fresh baguette goes well with it. Good Appetite.
