Ingredients
- 0,5 Hokkaido pumpkin
- 0,5 Turnip
- 6 Potatoes
- 3 tbsp Ginger oil
- 1 l Vegetable broth
- 0,5 tbsp Harissa paste
- 6 Wheaty Spacebars Chorizo
Instructions
- Cut the vegetables into small cubes and sauté in the ginger oil. Deglaze with the broth and simmer until the vegetables are soft. Stir in harissa and puree. Cut the chorizo into slices and fry briefly in a pan. Put the soup in plates and add the fried sausages.
