Spinach with Fried Egg and Mashed Potatoes

  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 600 g Frozen spinach leaves
  • 1 cup Cremefine
  • 750 g Potatoes
  • Milk, butter
  • 5 Eggs
  • 50 g Parmesan


  • Boil the potatoes, peel them and mash them with milk and butter to a puree. Season with salt and nutmeg. Put in a baking dish.
  • Finely dice the onion and garlic. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a saucepan. Sauté the onions and garlic in it. Add the cream and spinach leaves. Boil and cover for 10 minutes. steam. Season spicy. Then distribute on the KaPü.
  • Make 5 wells in the spinach and place one raw egg in each of the wells. Slice the Parmesan and sprinkle on top. In a hot oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes. to bake.
