Ingredients
- 1 Onion
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 600 g Frozen spinach leaves
- 1 cup Cremefine
- 750 g Potatoes
- Milk, butter
- 5 Eggs
- 50 g Parmesan
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes, peel them and mash them with milk and butter to a puree. Season with salt and nutmeg. Put in a baking dish.
- Finely dice the onion and garlic. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a saucepan. Sauté the onions and garlic in it. Add the cream and spinach leaves. Boil and cover for 10 minutes. steam. Season spicy. Then distribute on the KaPü.
- Make 5 wells in the spinach and place one raw egg in each of the wells. Slice the Parmesan and sprinkle on top. In a hot oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes. to bake.
