  • 300 g Cream cheese
  • 200 g Quark
  • 1 tbsp Sweet paprika
  • 1 pinch Paprika powder, hot
  • Salt pepper
  • Pretzel sticks for decoration


  • Mix the cream cheese and quark well.
  • Add the spices and stir everything well.
  • The cheese mixture should be nice and creamy.
  • Peel the onion and cut into thin slices.
  • Serve the bung cheese with the pretzel sticks and some chives.
