Broccoli:

  • 520 g/ hlwekisitswe hoo e ka bang 2 li-broccoli
  • 2 tsp letsoai
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 ditshipi tse kgolo Letsoai le mahoashe la leoatle le tsoang leloaleng

Triplets:

  • 1500 g Litapole (triplets)
  • 2 tsp letsoai
  • 1 tsp Turmeric ea fatše
