Broccoli:
- 520 g/ hlwekisitswe hoo e ka bang 2 li-broccoli
- 2 tsp letsoai
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 ditshipi tse kgolo Letsoai le mahoashe la leoatle le tsoang leloaleng
Triplets:
- 1500 g Litapole (triplets)
- 2 tsp letsoai
- 1 tsp Turmeric ea fatše
Sebeletsa:
- Likarolo tse 6 tsa tamati bakeng sa ho khabisa
