Li-mushroom tse halikiloeng tsa porcini:
- 100 g Khaola li-mushroom tse ncha tsa porcini
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 ditshipi tse kgolo Letsoai le mahoashe la leoatle le tsoang leloaleng
- 2 ditshipi tse kgolo Pepere e mebala e tsoang leloaleng
- 0,5 tsp Ankerkraut mushroom pan *)
Meroho ea leek:
- 1 pole Anyanese
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 ditshipi tse kgolo Letsoai le mahoashe la leoatle le tsoang leloaleng
- 2 ditshipi tse kgolo Pepere e mebala e tsoang leloaleng
- 50 ml Cream
Triplets:
- 200 g Litapole tse tharo (litapole tse nyane, tse nang le boka / likotoana tse 6)
- 1 tsp letsoai
- 1 tsp Turmeric ea fatše
- 1 tsp Peo e feletseng ea caraway
Sebeletsa:
- Botoro ea litlama
- parsley
