Ingredients
 

French fries:

  • 2 Pc. Bay leaves
  • 4 Pc. Pork steaks
  • 50 g Butter
  • 4 tbsp Flour
  • 1 Pc. Lemon
  • 1 Splash Worcestershire sauce
  • 100 g Grated Gouda
  • 4 Pc. Lemon wedges
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 3 Pc. Floury potatoes, great
  • Fat for deep-frying

Salad:

  • 1 Pc. Lemon
  • 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
  • 100 ml Olive oil
  • 1 Pc. Carrot
  • 1 Pc. Lettuce
  • 1 Pc. Egg yolk
  • 100 ml Sunflower oil
  • 1 Pc. Lemon
  • 2 Pc. Pickles
  • 60 ml Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
 

  • Dice the chicken breast and cook it with bay leaf, salt and pepper in half a liter of water, pour the resulting broth through a sieve.
  • Season the steaks with salt and pepper and fry on one side for approx. 2-3 minutes.
  • Make a sweat out of the flour and butter and fill up with half of the broth. Bring the resulting sauce to the boil, add the chicken breast cubes and season with lemon and Worcester sauce, season with salt if necessary.
  • Cut the potatoes into pieces the size of French fries, add one portion at a time to the hot oil with a skimmer and pre-fry for 2-3 minutes. Lift out the french fries with the slotted spoon, drain them on kitchen paper and allow to cool.
  • Spread the seasoned meat on the steaks, pour the cheese over it and bake everything in the oven until the cheese gets color.
  • Make a salad dressing from lemon, olive oil, garlic, pepper and salt.
  • Clean the lettuce and peel off the beautiful leaves, cut the carrots into fine strips and serve with the lettuce in a small bowl. Marinate with the dressing.
  • Fry the fries again in the hot fat in portions for 5-6 minutes each until golden brown and crispy.

  • Put the egg yolk, lemon juice and salt in a blender jar, add the oil and mix with the hand blender to make a mayonnaise.
  • Place a steak and french fries next to each other on the board, as well as a small bowl of Worcester sauce a part. Spoon some mayonnaise on the french fries. Place half a pickled cucumber between the Worcester sauce and the meat. Serve with the salad.
