Steaks with Frozen Vegetables

Ingredients
 

  • 8 tbsp Water
  • 8 tbsp Salt
  • 1 bag Frozen vegetables to taste
  • 1 branch Rosemary
  • 3 Stems Spice thyme from our own garden
  • 4 Beef fillet steaks
  • Rapeseed oil to taste
  • 400 g Gnocchi (refrigerated counter)
  • Gourmet pepper to taste
  • 5 tbsp Water
  • Balsamic vinegar to drizzle over to your taste

Instructions
 

  • Take a saucepan and add the water, a little salt & the frozen vegetables to taste. Put the lid on and let it boil. Then switch down to medium temperature and cook according to the instructions. Stir the whole thing in between times.
  • Rinse the steaks briefly, pat dry and place in a coated pan and fry in the hot oil for about 3 minutes on each side. Add the herbs and fry them. Then season with salt, gourmet pepper to taste, remove and wrap in aluminum foil, let rest briefly. Add the tablespoons of water to the roasting set, bring to the boil and add the juices from the aluminum foil.
  • Let the Gnocchi soak in boiling salted water at a low temperature for a few minutes and then pour into a colander and drain. Take flat plates and arrange everything together.
