Stew with Potatoes, French Beans and Ribs

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Summer Savory
  • 500 g Waxy potatoes
  • 1 Pc. Diced onion

boned + diced

  • 2 Pc. Comb - ribs
  • Salt water
  • Or
  • Meatsoup
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Wash the beans, cut off the ends and cut into 3 cm pieces.
  • Done the ribs, dice.
  • Peel, cut and wash the potato.
  • Put on the water or meat broth, bring the potatoes to the boil, now add the ribs, reduce the temperature should only simmer. Approx. 10 min.
  • Add beans + savory, cook for another 10-12 minutes.
  • It can be served!
