  • 1 packet Dry yeast
  • 450 g Flour
  • 200 ml Milk lukewarm
  • 100 g Chopped hazelnuts
  • 70 g Raisins
  • 30 g Lemon peel
  • 30 g Orange peel
  • Liquid butter for brushing
  • Icing sugar for dusting

Instructions
 

  • First mix the dry ingredients, flour, salt, sugar, cinnamon sugar and dry yeast together. Then add the egg, milk and melted butter and knead a smooth dough. Now knead in the remaining ingredients, nuts, raisins, orange peel and lemon peel. Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  • Preheat the oven to 200 ° C O / U heat. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Then roll out the dough on a floured work surface and cut out small squares or rectangles and place on the baking sheet. Let rest covered for approx. 20 minutes. Then bake in the preheated oven for about 18 minutes.
  • After baking, brush the pastries with melted butter and toss in powdered sugar.
